Description
Kliphuisie (our smallest cottage) offers luxurious self-catering accommodation for couples. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a seating area, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet. Air-conditioning is available in the bedroom and seating area. In summer, the bed is made with percale linen, and in winter with winter linens, blankets, and electric blankets. The cottage features a well-equipped coffee station with a microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer, and minibar fridge. A smart TV with Netflix and Stay Essential DStv channels, as well as unlimited Wi-Fi, is available in the bedroom and seating area. Bath towels and a hairdryer are provided. Outside, a covered deck includes a built-in braai, a table with two chairs, and a seating area overlooking the garden. The property is fully enclosed with an electric fence and offers secure parking for one vehicle. A 20 KVA automatic generator and emergency water supply are provided. Please note that Kliphuisie is a non-smoking and non-vaping facility.

Stadsjapie is a self-catering cottage on a private smallholding in Rayton, Bloemfontein, ideal for couples or business travellers. The unit accommodates 2 guests in one bedroom with a double bed. A sleeper couch in the living area can accommodate a child under 12 at an additional cost. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet, and includes bath sheets, towels, essential toiletries, and a hairdryer. Bedding features percale linen, with winter sheets, blankets, and an electric blanket provided in colder months. The bedroom and living area are air-conditioned and have a heater fan. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. An iron, ironing board, and cleaning products are provided. The living area has a dining table with 2 chairs (which can be replaced with a desk on request), a smart TV with Netflix and Stay Essential DStv channels, and free Wi-Fi. Guests have access to a private enclosed patio with ceiling fan and folding windows, braai facilities, seating for 2, outdoor furniture, and a table with 5 chairs overlooking the garden.
