Klipperant Cottages are set on a private smallholding in the quiet northern suburb of Rayton, on the outskirts of Bloemfontein. The property is ideal for business travellers, couples, families, or overnight guests, with easy access to shops, restaurants, attractions, and the N1 highway.

Accommodation is offered in two self-catering cottages, Stadsjapie and Plaasjapie, each uniquely furnished for a comfortable stay.

Stadsjapie accommodates 2 guests in an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and an open-plan en-suite bathroom. The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with a sleeper couch for a child under 12 (additional cost), smart TV with Netflix and Stay Essential DStv channels, free Wi-Fi, and a private enclosed patio with braai facilities, outdoor seating, and garden views. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.

Plaasjapie accommodates 4 guests with a queen-size bed in the main area and two three-quarter beds in an open loft. A mattress can be added for an extra child under 12 (additional cost). The cottage has a separate bathroom, air-conditioning, heater fan, fully equipped kitchen, lounge with smart TV and Netflix, free Wi-Fi, and a private enclosed patio with braai facilities, outdoor seating, and garden views. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.

Secure undercover parking is available, and the property is protected by an electric fence, 24-hour automatic generator, and emergency water supply.
