Description

Kranskloof Country Lodge is nestled in the heart of the Klein Karoo. The country lodge is located on the R328, 15 km from Oudtshoorn towards the Cango Caves.

The 4 free-standing cottages are fully self-catering and can accommodate between 2 and 6 guests per cottage, depending on guest selection. All cottages have a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, a microwave, induction plate, cutlery and a small dining area. The property is powered by solar energy.

Each cottage has its own braai facilities while there is a communal salt-water swimming pool surrounded by a spacious garden and beautiful views of the Schoemanshoek Valley and the Outeniqua Mountains.

Nearby tourist attractions include the Cango Ostrich Farm, Cango Wildlife Range, Cango Caves, Rust en Vrede Waterfall, Swartberg Pass and Meiringspoort. Guests can go hiking on and around the mountain while birdwatching the wide variety of bird life. Recommended restaurants include Wilgewandel and Buffelsdrift.
