Description
Kromrivier Farm Oak Lodge, located on a working farm in Riviersonderend, provides a self-catering stay suitable for families and groups looking to escape city life.
The rustic lodge accommodates 12 guests across 4 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed. The third bedroom is furnished with 1 bunk bed. The fourth bedroom has 3 bunk beds. The separate ablution block offers outdoor ladies’ and gents’ bathrooms with fire-heated geysers for hot showers and separate toilets. Linen is provided; guests must bring their own towels.
Though off the grid, the kitchen includes a gas stove, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, an indoor braai, and a large dining table with ample seating. The lounge area has comfortable seating, and power banks are provided for charging devices.
Outside, guests have access to a private hot tub, boma and braai area with seating in the garden. Farm activities include hiking, swimming, fishing, 4x4 and mountain bike trails, forest walks, and bird watching.
