House Rules
Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior arrangements and an extra fee. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets.
Minors are the responsibility of parents/guardians; children under 16 may not participate in outdoor or water-based activities without adult supervision.
Smoking is only allowed in designated outside areas. No smoking in the mountain, along hiking routes, or 4×4 routes.
Noise: All electronic music and percussion instruments are banned. Low noise policy from 10 pm; guests not following guidelines may be removed.
Firearms are not permitted on the premises.
Guests must not pick or eat fruit without confirming the withholding periods of chemicals.
Guests are liable for any loss or damage caused to Kromrivier Farm property or livestock.
Kromrivier Farm reserves the right of admission and may remove guests not complying with rules.
Kromrivier Farm does not accept liability for loss, injury, accident, or damage to guests or their possessions.
Guests are responsible for their own valuables.
Outdoor activities (hiking, cycling, swimming, 4×4) are at guests’ own risk; guests indemnify Kromrivier Farm for any claims.
Wildlife areas contain hazards (snakes, spiders, wild animals); guests indemnify Kromrivier Farm for risks.
Campsites do not allow pets. Oak Lodge, Trout Cottage, and Morado allow pets only with prior arrangement; owners are not liable.
Fruit is periodically sprayed with pest control chemicals; do not pick without checking safety.
Social media: Tagging Kromrivier Farm grants them rights to use content for marketing without compensation.
