Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The property is not wheelchair friendly.

The property does not have a full backup power supply during loadshedding; however, rechargeable lights are available.

Full payment must be completed prior to arrival in accordance with booking requirements. Additional applicable fees and refundable deposits must be settled as required, with specific arrangements for international and local guests.

Late check-in must be arranged in advance and may be subject to additional requirements.

Occupancy is limited to the maximum number of guests permitted for the property and may not be exceeded at any time.

The property is not child-friendly. Guests are responsible for the supervision and safety of children at all times. The owners and management accept no liability for any incidents or accidents.

Guests travelling with infants are required to bring their own baby equipment, including a high chair, camp cot, bedding, and towels.

Linen and towels are provided. Bath towels are reserved for indoor use only and may not be used for beach or outdoor purposes.

Pets are not permitted on the property.

Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Cigarettes must be disposed of responsibly using designated ashtrays and not on patios, in gardens, or in toilets.

Unruly or disruptive behaviour may result in eviction without refund. Parties and events are not permitted. The property is located in a residential area, and guests are expected to respect neighbours at all times. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum throughout the day, with quiet hours observed after 22h00.

Beach access is available via a public boardwalk within walking distance. Guests should take caution as the boardwalk includes steep stairs.

The property must be left in a reasonable condition upon departure. Additional cleaning may be required if this standard is not met or if check-out procedures are not followed.

Housekeeping services are not included and are available on request, subject to availability.

This is a self-catering property. Guests are required to provide their own consumable items.

The apartment forms part of a shared property with other units. Each unit has its own private entrance, and interleading access may be available when units are booked together.

All amenities, facilities, and services provided form part of the house rules and must be used responsibly at all times.

All applicable conservation or property-related fees must be clearly displayed and will apply as required.
