Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
This apartment is shared with 2 other units.
The final rental amount must be paid to the property management company no later than 1 month before arrival.
For international guests, the breakage deposit is payable in cash on arrival. Local residents must prepay this via EFT.
A late check-in fee of R250 in cash applies for arrivals after 18:00.
A maximum of 4 people are allowed to stay in this apartment please do not exceed this number at any time.
No pets are allowed on the property.
No smoking indoors. Please dispose of cigarettes in the ashtray provided and not on the patio, in the garden, or in the toilets.
Unruly or noisy behaviour will result in eviction without a refund.
No parties or events are permitted on the property.
No loud music or noise after 22:00.
No loud noise at any time of the day, as this property is located in a residential area.
Guests found in violation of the noise policy may be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
A cleaning surcharge will apply if the property is not left in a reasonable condition or if check-out occurs later than the specified time.
Housekeeping is not included but is available as an optional extra. Please advise in advance if this service is required, as it is outsourced and subject to availability at the time of enquiry.
