La Perla 10 is a self-catering apartment located in the secure La Perla complex, situated in Manaba Beach in Margate. The complex is within close proximity to a blue flag beach, restaurants and shops.
This unit can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. This bedroom also boasts direct access to the patio with sea views. The other bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds. The other bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and washbasin. All linen are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own bath and swimming towels.
The living area features a lounge, a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and cutlery and crockery and a dishwasher. The kitchen also has a serving window perfect for passing snacks to guests on the patio. The dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs. The lounge is furnished with a comfortable lounge suite, a small table and a TV with high speed, uncapped Wi-Fi, Netflix, Disney +, etc.
Through the sliding door is a spacious patio with a comfortable lounge suite, a dining table with 6 chairs and a coffee table. This patio also boasts views of the sea and has a free-standing braai. The complex offers guests access to a communal swimming pool and a secure double lock-up garage.
