House Rules
A facial recognition fee is charged per person. Guests are required to visit the clubhouse to complete registration and make payment. Payment by card is preferred, as cash acceptance cannot be guaranteed.

Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
Friday: 09:00 – 13:00
Closed on weekends
After-Hours Check-In:
Guests arriving outside of clubhouse hours are required to sign in and out at the gate until facial recognition registration has been completed.
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered before arrival. Guest verification is mandatory to confirm your booking. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of identification documents or passports, vehicle registration details (if applicable), and an estimated time of arrival.
This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Failure to submit the required details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking. The primary guest accepts full responsibility for all minors and visitors associated with the booking.
Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of eight (8) nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, and will incur an additional charge.
A standard key and breakage depositares requirebeforeto check-in. The amount is determined by the standard of the property and may be adjusted at the discretion of the owner or management.
To promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy, allowing for reasonable daily consumption. In the unlikely event of excessive usage, additional charges may apply.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00 and is payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. Additional charges apply for arrivals after 00:00.
