Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Balance payments are due 40 days prior to arrival, a 100% deposit will be required for all bookings made less than 14 days prior to arrival.
South African ID or Valid Passport is required at check-in.
A R175 per person payable check-in for gate access.
This property has a refundable breakage deposit. An authorization hold will be placed on your credit card.
An admin and cleaning fee will be charged per booking.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
The fee for facial recognition is R250 per person.
Guests must visit the clubhouse to complete their registration and make payment. Payment is preferred by card, as we cannot guarantee cash acceptance.
Clubhouse Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM: Friday: 9 AM - 1 PM (Note: The clubhouse is closed on weekends.)
After-Hours Check-In: If you need to check in outside of these hours, please sign in and out at the gate until your registration is completed.
Pets are not allowed.
