Inventory.

The only problem I had was the inventory list. We were told to do inventory within 12 hours and half the items were not where they said they were or were missing. But we had everything we needed, we just didn't want to be held accountable for missing items. The inventory list needs to be corrected. Van Heerden Properties did call me though and said I don't need to worry. They didn't let me know that we had to bring our own dustbin bags and toilet paper though. Would have been nice to know. Place was exceptional and gorgeous and very, very homey.

Ons almal droom van so 'n huisie by die see!

Ons gesin wat uiters beïndruk met die woonstel! Daar was baie moeite gedoen met die duursame kombuis en pragtige badkamers asook verskeie ander aspekte wat die plekkie so uiters mooi maak. Daar is ’n aantal bonus items wat ons verblyf nog lekkerder gemaak het soos die koffiemasjien, tuimeldroër en die beste, nuutste, slimste TV waarop ons elke aand heerlik kon fliek! Die uitsig is pragtig en ons het ure op die groot stoep gesit en staar na die see. Daar is wel ’n aantal klein goedjies wat ons dringend self moes aanskaf soos toiletpapier, skottelgoedseep en sponsies, ’n afdrooglap en asbliksakke - want dit was ongelukkig nie voorsien nie. Bianca @ Van Heerden Letting se diens was puik – veral toe ons Dinsdagoggend so 'n klein probleem ondervind het – het sy dit spoedig vir ons opgelos. Dankie aan al die betrokke partye vir die geleentheid om jul plekkie met ons te deel.

Our family is extremely impressed with the apartment! A lot of effort was put into the durable kitchen and beautiful bathrooms as well as various other aspects that make the place so extremely beautiful. There are a number of bonus items that made our stay even more enjoyable, such as the coffee machine, tumble dryer and the best, newest, smartest TV on which we could watch movies every night! The view is beautiful and we spent hours sitting on the large veranda staring at the sea. There are a number of small things that we urgently had to purchase ourselves such as toilet paper, dish soap and sponges, a drying cloth and trash bags - because unfortunately they were not provided. Bianca @ Van Heerden Letting's service was great - especially when we had such a small problem on Tuesday morning - she quickly resolved it for us. Thank you to all the parties involved for the opportunity to share your place with us.
