Nice and enjoyable. No backup light during outages. Parking for SUV and bakkies almost impossible. Shower head leaking at fitting.

I’m sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. I’d like to clarify a few points for future guests: The scheduled power outage was a municipal/Eskom outage affecting a large area from Port Shepstone to Port Edward, and this was communicated in advance so that you could plan accordingly. Regarding the shower, this was unfortunately not reported during your stay. Had we been informed, we would have attended to it immediately, as we always aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. The parking arrangement forms part of the complex layout and is not something we are able to alter, but we do try to communicate these details as clearly as possible beforehand. We truly value guest comfort and always encourage open communication during a stay so that we can address any concerns right away.
