House Rules

Extra Costs for Guests Account:
- N$700 refundable security deposit will be charged.

The outstanding balance will be payable directly to the establishments bank account plus the N$700 refundable security deposit, 30 days prior to occupation.

Please note:
- No pets are allowed. Should it happen a penalty of N$5000 will be levied.
- No smoking in the unit. Guests will be fined N$2000 penalty.
- The quote is applicable for the number of the guests mentioned on the request. More people staying over will attract a N$2000 penalty, per person per night.
