Pets are not permitted, as baboons may pose a risk.
Guests should not leave food unattended.
The 2 heat-and-eat units (Fijnbos and La Montagne) have a dish bucket where dirty dishes can be placed for washing in the morning. Guests must notify the cleaners if they would like their dishes done.
Fresh towels are available on request.
Air conditioners cannot be used during load shedding.
Honesty snack trays and drinks are provided in the fridges. Guests are requested to pay as indicated on the pricing sheet.
Rooi-Els is a nature-friendly village where baboons are present. Guests must ensure all units are closed and locked. Windows must also be closed, as baboons may enter and ransack the property, even while guests are present.
