Upon arrival we were not sure which door to unlock. ⁠On entry we were very shocked to find one of the rooms (which I believe is supposed to be the master bedroom) doesn't even have any privacy. No doors, and lumbar screens. ⁠All three rooms were advertised with king size beds which were not the case. The third bedroom that was advertised as a room with two king-size beds was dirty and the double bed that was there was broken. There weren't even bathroom mats in the bathrooms. The power went out in the middle of our stay. ⁠The place was incredibly dirty and I had to get people to come and clean it. ⁠The ashes at both fire places were not cleaned at all. The outside was also dirty, but Floris did come to clean it up a bit. ⁠The swimming pool was grass green and could not be used. ⁠The toilet in the lower bedroom is completely loose and we had to be careful not to fall forward with the toilet. There was also no hot water for the entire duration of our stay. I'm not usually someone who complains, but I believe the criticism I give can help you in the sequel.
