There is a second bathroom with a shower-over-the-bath. The apartment also comprises an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, as well as a sea-facing balcony with an awning and braai facilities. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a stove, a microwave, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. The apartment is also equipped with full DStv and fans, and guests have access to undercover parking. The apartment is serviced daily, except for Sundays and Public Holidays, for a general service; this does not include washing of dishes. There is air-conditioning in the dining area, and in the main bedroom.

There is also a refundable key and breakage deposit that is collected on arrival.
The flat is serviced daily, except for Sunday’s and/or public holidays, with a general service (excluding dishes)
The noise level must be toned down by 22:00 at night.
On departure please ensure that the flat is left in the same condition it was found on arrival otherwise an R200.00 fee will be charged to yourself in order to have the place cleaned thoroughly.
Unfortunately, no pets allowed on the premises.
