Beautiful home with some improvements. The house is stunning, but there's room for improvement. We were not allowed to open the front door throughout our stay because it was damaged. The locking mechanism for the main living room folding doors was not functioning well and was generally hard to open. The door handle for one of the folding doors was broken. The finishes in the house are nice, but the installation workmanship was a bit of a disappointment; e.g. the bathtub for the main suite is not fixed to the ground. It moves when you touch it. On the cleanliness side, we killed a few roaches in our bedroom. That said, the property is beautifully positioned with amazing views. The splash pool was clean and inviting.

Hi Sandile, Thank you for your review. We really appreciate you taking the time to note these areas of improvement and we take them seriously. I will swiftly address these areas, especially the cleanliness. I will speak to our cleaning team immediately. The issue with the main front door is more of a safety concern; we keep it locked because when there is too much wind, the door can slam against the wall and potentially break the glass. There are many other doors you can utilise in the house. I’ve noted the bathroom issue and will get that sorted as well. The stacking door’s locking mechanism is tricky, hence we have printed an instruction manual on how to lock the doors. Thanks again, and hope to see you again in Dullstroom soon!
