Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
-Access via some stairs, not wheel-chair accessible.
-There is no inverter or back up supply of electricity in the event of loadshedding. There are, however, rechargeable backup lights.
-R 2000 in cash as breakages deposit upon check-in (or pre-paid via EFT for local RSA residents).
-R 250 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00.
-A maximum of 6 people sharing in 3 bedrooms are allowed to sleep over. Please do not exceed this number on any given night.
-Linen, bath & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels.
-No pets are allowed on the property.
-No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets.
-Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbors, thank-you! No loud music or noise after 22h00 please.
-Noise policy: Milkwood Views is situated in a quiet residential complex. We kindly request that loud music, parties or any excessive noise be avoided at all times, to preserve the serene and tranquil setting. No loud music or noise will be tolerated and the owners and property management company reserves their rights.
-A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
-Housekeeping service is not available for this property.
-This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables.
