‘Milorho’ is the traditional Tsonga word for ‘dreams’ or ‘dreamer’. If you love the peace and tranquillity of nature and mountainous areas then you are indeed in for a treat as a nature lover, and our ‘place of dreams’ is definitely for you.
Milorho Lodge is nestled comfortably on the northern slopes of the Magaliesburg mountains, which happens to be the second oldest mountain range in the world. Our pristine and tranquil reserve is home to a large endemic flora system, bursting with a beautiful array of bird and wildlife.
Soul food for birders, botanists, hikers and nature lovers. If you need to relax, de-stress, or find your soul again then this is the place to do it. To ensure this, we don’t allow music nor radios that could possibly ruin this for you.
We offer over 600-hectares of vast beautiful kloofs and awe-inspiring rock pools for you to experience the freedom of nature through comfortable walks or exciting trails.
