• Please treat the home with care and respect, as you would your own.
• We ask guests to be considerate with noise, especially late at night and early in the morning, out of respect for neighbors.
• Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking may stay overnight.
• No parties or large gatherings without prior approval.
• No smoking inside the property – smoking is welcome outside.
• Please switch off lights, appliances, and heaters/air-conditioning when not in use.
• If anything gets damaged or isn’t working properly, please let us know as soon as possible so we can assist.
• Pets are only allowed with prior arrangement.
• For longer stays, guests are kindly asked to keep the space clean and tidy. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request.
Our local co-host is available if you need any help during your stay.
