Beautiful rustic cottage for a relaxing comfortable getaway. We had such a relaxing stay at the Sundowner Cottage. Such a beautifully furnished rustic cottage with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Great outdoor braai area and also a fireplace inside kept us nice and warm. Our boys enjoyed exploring the farm on their bicycles. The cottage was a 6-minute drive from the Elgin Railway Market, which is also highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

Highly recommended. We had a wonderful few days at Moortop Cottages. The cottages are very well equipped and the location is lovely, with farm stalls, shops and activities relatively close by.

Incredible! Neat! Comfortable! Beautiful! Incredible! I would definitely recommend it. The braai facilities were the absolute highlight for me. Everything was clean, neat and very conveniently laid out. The fireplace was lovely and created a warm, cozy atmosphere while it was raining outside. Excellent hospitality and attention to detail. We really enjoyed it!

Ongelooflik! Netjies! Gerieflik! Mooi! Ongelooflik!

Calm serenity at Moortop Cottages. We stayed with friends and much enjoyed the privacy of the cottage and the enclosed braai area. The unit had all the amenities we needed and is well kitted for self-catering needs. It was lovely being nestled in between the apple orchards.

Clean and comfortable cottage, would have liked more shade on the patio area. Enjoyable stay in a light, airy cottage, host welcoming.

Thank you for taking the time to review us, Teresa. It was lovely to meet you and I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay on the farm. You came at a time in May when we had unseasonably warm weather. At this time of year, the vines that provide shade on the patio lose their leaves and it is a great way to enjoy some sunshine when it can normally be quite chilly. I hope the warm weather and lack of shade didn't spoil your stay with us.
