House Rules
- The home does not have air conditioning and limited heating only (as is common in many South African homes), portable heaters are available during winter.
- Pool use entirely at guests' own risk
- Pool may not be cleaned during cold weather periods
- Access to the pool is via a steep driveway/walkway
- Parties and events are not permitted.
- Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
- Pets are not permitted.
- No cleaning service is provided during the stay.
- Cleaning supplies are available for guest use.
- Maximum occupancy is two guests for the loft, 4 for the cottage and 6 for the residence.
- Quiet times from 22:00-08:00
- The home is LGBTQ friendly.
The owner lives on the left-hand side of the property and has been a long-term digital nomad for many years. Guest privacy is fully respected, while support is available if needed.
Important: A friendly dog and cat live on the property and will be present in the garden and pool area. Guests should therefore not have severe allergies or fear of animals.

Only the person who made the booking may complete the check-in and must present a valid ID.
