A separate kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, kettle, and French press. The unit offers generous storage and built-in cupboards. A shared washing machine is available in a separate area. Guests have access to the swimming pool, available to guests from both units, with sun loungers. The pool area is also shared with the owner.
