Comfy, beautiful and relaxing stay. We stayed over Christmas and the house was well equipped for everything we needed. Naturally, it was hot, but the pool was amazing and the house stayed relatively cool inside. Eugene and his wife were great hosts, really welcoming and supportive. They treated us to freshly baked bread and wine. Since the house is high up against the mountainside, we did see some baboons (they were not a nuisance) and even a caracal, the first we've ever seen in the wild.

Relaxing, adventure, incredible views. Our weekend at Mountain Haven Villa was incredible. We were greeted with breathtaking scenery and warm hospitality by Eugene and his wife (freshly baked bread and red wine in hand). The weekend there was a perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.

Ons was op 'n road trip saam met vriende en het daar oor gebly. Mountain Haven is 'n heerlike en pragtige plek. Ons het daar gebly saam met vriende.

Excellent. Great hosts, wonderful villa, excellent pool. Would highly recommend! Our stay was excellent. They are super friendly and were very accommodating and hospitable during our stay. They left us a massive homemade bread, a bottle of wine, flowers and chocolates when we checked in, which was excellent. Suzette's baking skills are amazing. They were very responsive when we had questions and were on hand to help us with anything we needed. The entire property was very clean and tidy when we arrived and had all amenities needed for the 5 days we stayed. Would recommend this to anyone who has children or if people want to get away from the city with friends. The isolated Mountain Haven Villa was relaxing and the pool is one of the best we have used in any of the places we have stayed in. Highly recommend this place to anyone - but be sure to have a high clearance vehicle for the last bit of road to the villa!

Absolutely fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were extremely welcoming and the freshly baked bread and white wine were as delicious as it was unexpected. The facilities are impeccable and the rock pool is a definite highlight.

Swimming was also nice in the pool. Our stay was nice. I want to book again but first off season. But definitely we will come again. We salute you as our hosts. And thanks for the bread and drink on our arrival.
