Absolutely stunning - Our new favourite Paarl accommodation! We had the most magical, relaxing stay, thank you! The long panoramic window was a unique feature that really allowed us to feel part of the trees and birdsong, and the Taal Monument in the distance completed the most picturesque landscape. We were super comfortable, loved the room and really appreciated the small details such as the handwritten note and the emergency kit. Also enjoyed all the beautiful artwork and mosaics around the property!

The apartment was smaller than we expected from the photos, but worked well. M'lani was unavailable by email and telephonically the three days before and up until our arrival, and as we stood in front of an unknown house and she finally talked to us, she was argumentative and unkind, accusing us of not reading the sign on the gate. A most unwelcome introduction.

We do want to clarify a few points for future guests. We are a small, family-run farm, and we pride ourselves on being hands-on and attentive. In this case, all arrival details and signage were provided in advance, and clear directions are displayed at the gate to ensure guests arrive smoothly. When we eventually connected, the conversation was focused on guiding you correctly, not on being unkind. Regarding the apartment size, we do our best to represent the space accurately in our photos and description, and we’re glad to hear that it ultimately worked well for your stay. We always encourage guests to raise any concerns during their visit so that we can address them immediately. Unfortunately, no concerns were mentioned at the time, which meant we did not have the opportunity to improve your experience while you were here. We truly value feedback and will continue doing our best to offer a warm, honest, and comfortable farm stay to all our guests.
