Breakage Deposit

House Rules
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.
Please be considerate of your neighbours during these times. There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for noise at any time of day or night within the unit.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony.
No children are allowed.
No pets are allowed.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited within the unit.
Overnight guests are not permitted without prior consent.
Bookings will not be accepted from individuals under the age of 21.
Breakage deposit of R1000.00 cash on arrival, this will be refunded the day you leave.
A valid ID or driver’s license is required on the day of check-in for Estate Security verification.
Guests are welcome to use the Lifestyle Entertainment Centre; however, no additional visitors are allowed without prior consent.
