Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

All guests staying on the property must be registered. Unregistered visitors may not stay overnight.

Parties, events, and loud gatherings are not allowed.

Quiet hours are 22:00 outdoors and 23:00 indoors.

Certain cupboards are private storage and may not be used. Furniture and items may not be moved or removed.

Guests may not use the demarcated left-hand parking space in the garage. Ample parking is available in the driveway and around the house.

Smoking is not permitted indoors. Designated smoking areas are available in the backyard.

Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement (maximum 2). Cats are not permitted. Pets must be supervised and may not sleep on furniture or beds.

Children must be supervised at all times, especially near stairs and outdoor areas.
