Excellent service and friendly hospitality. I had a wonderful stay at Nuy Valley Guesthouse. Charmaine was incredibly friendly, helpful, and communicated with us clearly and promptly throughout our stay. Prior to our arrival, they experienced an issue with the electricity in the unit we had booked, but it was handled very professionally. Charmaine upgraded us to a larger unit at no extra cost, which we really appreciated. The upgrade made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Clean and tidy, but wouldn't book there again. Unfortunately it was disappointing. The guesthouse's generator was down from 9pm - 7am, so no power in units. Couldn't turn on fans, charge phones or anything. The entire property was pitch dark inside and out, which could also be a safety issue.
