The Ocean View Penthouse is ideally situated in a secure complex right on the beachfront in Ballito. This private penthouse apartment which is situated in a hub of the town’s most happening hot spots allows for the relaxation of a memorable beach gateway for families.
The penthouse apartment is furnished with local art influences which is hand-made by women in local communities and natural colour palate to offer a soothing atmosphere.
The apartment comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en suite. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The second bathroom is shared between the other 2 bedrooms.
The entire penthouse is temperature controlled by individual air-conditioning units. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher, a washing machine, and an iron and ironing board. The living area contains a large plasma TV with DStv.
