THE ESTABLISHMENT ALSO HAS A KEY DEPOSIT AND A CLEANING FEE OF R 600.00 THAT WILL BE TAKEN FROM THE KEY DEPOSIT BEFORE IT WILL BE PAID BACK TO THE RENTER NO LATER THAN 3 DAYS AFTER DEPARTURE IF THERE IS NO BREAKAGES.
