Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests are required to bring their own towels.
A R 3000 refundable breakage deposit will be required before arrival.
A cleaning fee of R600.00 will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
The key deposit and breakage deposit minus the cleaning fee is refundable to the renter if there is no damage.
Please note that you will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by the establishment upon booking.
