Description

Old Mill Drift is a working guest farm situated just outside Clarens, set on open farmland with views towards the Maluti Mountains and the Caledon River. The property offers a range of pet friendly, self-catering cottages and larger group accommodation, suitable for couples, families, and groups looking for a peaceful farm stay.
The farm is pet friendly and features large open spaces, walking trails, and outdoor areas ideal for relaxing and spending time in nature. Each unit is privately positioned and offers braai facilities and indoor fireplaces for cooler evenings.
Old Mill Drift Guest Farm is well suited to guests who enjoy a rural setting with outdoor activities, while still being within easy reach of Clarens, Fouriesburg, Golden Gate National Park and surrounding attractions.

PLEASE NOTE
- We offer various accommodation types on our farm, please ensure you book a unit that is suitable for your needs. We have 5 camping options, 7 self catering options, 3 bunk houses suitable for large groups. Check that the bathroom and kitchen facilities of your selected unit, suit your requirements.
- Bring your own bath and swimming towels
- For camping options, including rustic cabins Reedbuck and Duiker, bring your own cooking equipment - crockery, cutlery, extension leads ect.
- We do not supply tea/coffee.
- There are large dogs, donkeys, horses, ducks and chickens that roam freely around the farm, as well as guests pets. We can not lock our animals away for the duration of your visit.
- Our farm is 27 km off the main Clarens/Fouriesburg road. You will need to travel on a rough dirt road for 3 km. 4x4 or cars with high clearance are recommended.
- A shuttle service is available for those who do not want to travel the farm road in their own car. Please request this in advance, with your booking. There is an additional fee for the shuttle.
