General Conduct
- Respect the peace and quiet of the house and neighborhood.
- No parties are allowed under any circumstances.
- Keep music to respectable levels — please respect the neighbors.
- The maximum number of people may not exceed the limit of guests booked.
Rooms & Sleeping Areas
- Keep rooms tidy and free of food to avoid pests.
- No smoking inside bedrooms.
- Use provided bedding and towels responsibly.
Kitchen & Meals
- Keep utensils, appliances, and shared spaces neat and clean.
Smoking & Alcohol
- Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
- Alcohol consumption should be moderate and respectful.
Pets
- Pets are welcome only if agreed upon in advance.
- Owners must clean up after their pets.
Safety & Sustainability
- Switch off lights, heaters, and appliances when not in use.
- Lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: from 2 PM onwards.
- Check-out: by 10 AM unless otherwise arranged.
