Hi Kaylan Thanks for the review. I am a little shocked at the 3 for cleanliness as this is what we pride ourselves on. Could you let me know what you thought wasn't clean? I do know that there was a lot of chocolate left on the walls and couches after your stay, but that was definitely not there when you arrived? Many thanks Peta
