Breakage Deposit

House Rules
Guests need to bring their own beach towels and dish towels.
Over weekends guests can depart at 12:00 on Sundays if there aren't any other guests arriving on the same day.
No overnight visitors are allowed without the establishment being notified. One more guest (a total of 5 guests) may stay over at an extra fee per night.
Breakfast is available on request at an additional cost.
Please don't park on the grass.
Parking is available on the sidewalk.
