Pansy Shell is an upmarket, fenced-in and spacious double-storey house located in the town of Plettenberg Bay. The property is 4 blocks from Main Street, approximately 7 minutes walk from the town centre, and approximately 20 minutes walk from Lookout Beach. The house has a view of the Keurbooms Lagoon and Lookout Beach, the Bahia Formosa and the Tsitsikamma Mountains.
Pansy Shell can accommodate up to 6 guests and contains 3 en-suite bedrooms. Upstairs, you will find 2 en-suite bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed by prior request, and feature an open-plan en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, and enclosed toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an open-plan en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, a shower, and an enclosed toilet. Both of these rooms have air-conditioning and open onto a semi-covered balcony with views.
Downstairs houses the open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, and an additional en-suite bedroom. This bedroom has air-conditioning and is furnished with a king-size bed. The bedroom has an open-plan en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, and an enclosed toilet. This room opens onto the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and has an interleading scullery. The lounge contains a wood-burning fireplace. The living area has large glass sliding doors opening onto a covered deck overlooking the netted swimming pool, sun loungers, and garden. Guests can use their own login details for streaming services on the smart TV.
There is also an outside laundry facility with a housekeeper included in the rental from Monday to Friday. The house includes a double garage with additional uncovered parking space for 2 vehicles inside the gated property. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only.
