Paradise Found is a private family holiday home situated in Dana Bay and offers beautiful ocean views in a tranquil nature conservancy setting. The property consists of a main house and an upstairs guest suite and can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children. Please note that the property is reserved for one booking at a time.
The main house is situated on the ground floor and accommodates up to 6 guests. It comprises 2 bedrooms and an enclosed patio with 2 sleeper couches. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. A family bathroom fitted with a bath and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet, is available.
The upstairs guest suite is accessible via an internal staircase from the living area or an external staircase and is ideal for 2 guests. The suite is furnished with a double bed, and a cot is available for an infant. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower. The suite also features a small kitchenette equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster.
The living area features a Smart TV with Netflix (guests are required to use their own account) and free WiFi with backup power during load shedding. The fully equipped kitchen includes a freestanding Bosch cooker with gas plates and an electric oven, a microwave, kettle, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine, and toaster. The scullery is fitted with a dishwasher and washing machine.
Additional features include a covered timber deck with braai facilities and a fenced garden overlooking the ocean. Secure parking is available in a double garage and on the gravel area next to the main house.
Dana Bay is a nature conservancy where guests may encounter small antelope, francolins, guinea fowl, tortoises, and various bird species. The property is conveniently located within easy reach of Pinnacle Point, the Garden Route Casino, Hartenbos, several golf courses, and beaches. George Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive away.
