House Rules
The unit is not fully equipped for self-catering but does have heat-and-eat facilities.
Kindly note that the owner lives on the premises with their pets; the cottage is fenced, should guests not want to interact with the dogs.
Please be aware that there is an uncovered pond and swimming pool on the premises. These areas are not secured with child-safety features, and children must be supervised at all times.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Guests may smoke on the porch, please request an ashtray.
Please respect our home and its inhabitants and animals.
Please close all gates when you enter and leave.
As there are already two resident dogs on the premises, no pets are allowed.
No day visitors are allowed unless organised with the owners.
Please park in the allocated parking spots and not in front of the gate.
Ensure noise levels are respected after 22:00.
No parties or groups allowed.
Please organise a suitable time for a cleaning service.
