This furnished apartment consists of 2 en-suite bedrooms. The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed, and the second room has 2 single beds, which can be converted into a king-size bed. The flat has an open-plan kitchenette that contains a bar fridge, a 2-plate stove with an oven, and a few built-in cupboards. The adjacent lounge area has a couch and a TV for media entertainment.

House Rules
- A R 1500.00 refundable breakage deposit is required with the full payment which needs to be settled with Golf Safari SA two (2) weeks prior to your arrival. For bookings less than 2 weeks before your intended arrival date, full payment for accommodation and breakage deposit is required upfront.
- We do not accept cash payments at the resort. No breakage deposits will be refunded without the completion of your admission form. We will only accept your banking details in this completed form format which needs to be emailed to your booking manager.
- Breakage deposit refunds are processed by Golf Safari SA and not the Estate.
- An admin fee will be charged for any date changes.
- A one night stay over a weekend is at the discretion of the resort and will be charged peak season rates.
- As weekends are considered our Peak periods please note that only departures falling on a Friday, Sunday’s or Monday will be permitted.
-Your rate includes an arrival and departure clean only.
- If guests require any additional cleaning services they are required to arrange this directly with Superior Cleaning, our designated housekeeping contractor 48 hours before the required service and by Thursday for weekend bookings. All extra housekeeping costs are to be settled directly with the housekeeping company.
- For bookings of 4 nights or longer, the main driver of the vehicle and another representative for the family/group that would perhaps like access to the pool are requested to complete the Biometrics and Enrolment process at the new Berg River Gate House only. The biometrics enrolment process is to enable guests that are staying 4 nights or more easier access in/out of the Estate without requiring more than one access pin which will be used for the initial key collection but more so for access to the pool. Without completing this process guests will not have access to the Estates main pool. Please note that the biometrics centre is closed on Public holidays and weekends.
- Electricity is purchased on a prepaid basis. An allocated number of units is provided by the establishment based on the duration of your stay and the number of guests booked for, thereafter the guest is responsible for topping up.

Description
The accommodation comprises 4 rooms and can accommodate 8 guests. One bedroom has a king bed and the other three bedrooms have 2 single beds in each. The bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with a bath and/or shower. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer and wine cooler. Guests have access to an open plan living area, a TV and lounge as well as an 8-seater dining room suite.
