Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1200 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests are invited to feel at home during their stay. To ensure extra comfort, fresh milk and coffee are provided for the first night. During winter, a supply of firewood is available to keep guests warm on their first day. For stays longer than a week, bed linen will be refreshed to maintain a clean and cosy space.
The property is a smoke-free space, and smoking indoors is not permitted. An ashtray can be provided for the outdoor area.
To maintain a fresh and allergy-friendly environment, pets cannot be accommodated.
Guests are requested to keep noise levels down, especially at night, to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
For safety and comfort, only registered guests may stay overnight.
If anything is broken or misplaced, guests are kindly asked to inform the host, as charges for replacements may apply.
Please note that for stays longer than 2 days, a cleaning fee applies.
