House Rules
No check-ins or check-outs are offered on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
The balance of the booking is to be paid 3 days before arrival.
This unit may only accommodate the number of guests as specified on the booking invoice at any given time.
No loud music after 22:00.
No parties on the property; management reserves the right to evict tenants who do not adhere to this rule.
Kindly note that we do not have authorisation to do credit card payments on behalf of guests; we only accept EFT/Bank transfers.
A key and breakage deposit is payable on arrival and is refundable within 7-14 working days after the house has been inspected and all is found in order. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without full payment received.
DStv can be activated at an additional cost per day.
There is a pet fee of R250 per pet for up to 2 dogs per house. No more than 2 dogs at a time.
Please note that no cash will be accepted for the following:

- Balance payments
- Refunds
