House Rules
The main residence pool area, as well as the front and back garden, are out of bounds.
The cottage offers its own secure patio and private outdoor area with braai facilities.
Only street parking is available. The area is covered by CCTV and floodlights.
For long-term guests, full cleaning and a towel change are done once a week at no additional cost. The cleaning day is agreed upon in advance.
Towels are changed every 3 days.
The unit accommodates a maximum of 4 guests, and no overbooking is permitted.
This price includes a 10% discount and is non-refundable if you cancel. You can choose a refundable option at checkout.
If you choose the refundable option, this cancellation policy will apply:
