Relaxing and beautiful.

Beautiful modern unit with breathtaking views and divinely comfy bed. Very helpful staff. The pets on the property are very well-behaved and friendly. I really felt welcome and safe.

There are too many steps and the distance to the beach is too far for me to walk. The fridge is too small for a long stay.

We felt like we were staying with our parents for the weekend, we had no privacy, owners were not friendly at all.

We were told we can't make noise. The wife and the owner were trying to have a chat, when I said they should close the door he said it's his house and that we should go to the beach or something, they were in the garden doing their gardening. It didn't feel like a weekend away at all. They should rent out their house to 50 - 60 year olds, just a suggestion.

Baie rustig.

Behalwe dat ek gesukkel het om die plek te kry, agv die feit dat ek my akkommodasie dokument by die kantoor vegeet het, was Dave baie behulpsaam. Die agent was nie baie tegemoetkomend toe ek kontak maak om die kontak besonderhede te kry van die eienaar nie. Ek was onder geweldige stres omdat ek alleen was en dit begin donker raak. Na `n lang gesprek het sy my die eienaar se kontaknommer gegee. My kuier was regtigwaar aangenaam, baie bedagsame en tegemoetkomende eienaar met die vriendelikste honde en tuinhulp. Die binnenshuise versiering was ook baie stylvol en warm. Behalwe vir die ligte probleem was ek heel gelukkig daar. Dankie Dave.

Nie aan te beveel.

Kamer was nie gereed met inkloktyd. Ongemaklike rusbank. Geen water tydens loadshedding.

Pragtige uitsig en tuin.

Goeie ligging. Ons kon stap vir aandete na die local pub. Baie mooi uitsig oor die see en so 'n mooi tuin! Hosts het ons baie welkom laat voel.

Very friendly and relaxed hosts, beautiful facilities. National power outages restrict shower and bath times. Most gorgeous sea view.

Homely, warm and serene environment.

Only two apartments which means, nice and quiet. The place is tucked away from the hustle and bustle however in less than 5 minutes you can get to the public and commerce amenities. Place is clean. My wife, unfortunately, didn't like cats, and theirs is used to being spoilt by other guests so it was a bit pushy and uninvited. However, our stay was pleasant. Will definitely go back.

Beautiful gardens and view of the sea. Walking distance to the beach. Getting the sunshine all day. Facilities and friendly owners and housekeeper. Love the jolly puppy (Ozzy).

The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating - a lovely couple. The property is beautiful and very close to the beach. I would definitely go back if staying in Port Alfred.

Die plekkie was uiters mooi en netjies. Die eienaar Dave was baie gasvry en sekuriteit was goed.

Die akkommodasie is netjies en luuks met sommige gebreke. Toeganklikheid nie geskik vir senior burgers of mense met klein kinders wat baie steil trappe na die akkommodasie moet op en afklim nie.

Die kombuisgeriewe is ondoeltreffend. Piepklein wasbak om eetgerei te was, geen warm water in kraan, geen stofie of warmplate om kos voor te berei nie, piepklein yskas onvoldoende om bevrore goedere te berg, geen sleutels om buitedeure te sluit, vensters mag nie oopgemaak word vir vars lug nie. Waterprobleme in badkamer is opgelos na daaroor gekla is.

Idyllic location and elegant, but homely accommodation.

What a pleasant surprise! We immediately felt at home with beautiful views, and elegant but homely accommodation, with great security. Dave and Delene were the perfect hosts, making us feel so at home and welcomed. Even their kitties made us feel welcomed! We will definitely return!

The place was absolutely beautiful just a pity that we could not use the swimming pool which my child was looking forward to. Parking was also not secured.

The location and view were everything. Very much inlove with it and would definitely recommend it and visit again.

We had the best time in Port Alfred. The unit is clean and modern and had everything that we needed.

The host, Dave, was very friendly and showed us his collection of vintage cars in his museum in Port Alfred.
