Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules

The key and breakage deposit is refundable within 7 days after departure if no breakages/damages or complaints from neighbours about excessive noise.
A cleaning fee of R200 is payable in cash on arrival, or it can be deducted from the breakage deposit.
