The stay was comfortable.

This room is managed by a management agent, Mari. We phoned, but no answer. Apparently, she went to Cape Town. After a long wait, we got access to the accommodation via the owner, who was very helpful. We eventually left without seeing Mari.

As I explained to you the evening you arrived, I was expecting you to contact me before you arrived in Arniston to find out where to collect the keys, instead, you went directly to the accommodation.
I emailed you twice with the checking-in procedure and got no response. I tried to call you a few times but your number wasn't available. Some of us have commitments we cannot neglect.
I was back in Arniston that same evening. I tried to see you during your stay but you were busy and said that you would come by my office which you never did. You left without any more communication.
