House Rules
The self-catering apartments are both non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted on the respective patios on either side of the house.
On arrival, guests are requested to park on the right-hand side under the large tree and not in front of the gate, to ensure access is not blocked for other guests. The front gate is kept closed and locked at all times.
Braai facilities and equipment are available on request. Guests are required to bring their own firewood and firelighters.
The property uses a septic tank system. All sanitary items must be disposed of in the small bin provided in the bathroom.
Right of admission is reserved.
Visitors and parties are not permitted without prior permission. The owners must be informed and approval obtained before any visitors are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted to remain on the property after 22:00.
The owners accept no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to vehicles on the property.
The owners are not liable for any injury, loss or damage sustained by guests or their visitors arising from their own actions or negligence while on the premises.
