R&R Cottage is a self-catering cottage located in the Golden Mile area of St Helena Bay, approximately 200 m from the beach. The cottage is suitable for a short break, a day of golf, fishing, or relaxing at the beach, and provides a convenient base for exploring nearby towns. Supermarkets, a laundromat, restaurants, bottle stores and a deli are nearby.
The cottage accommodates 2 guests and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and includes a lockable safe. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a 2-seater dining table. The lounge area has a Smart TV with Prime TV available for streaming; guests must log in with their own accounts for other streaming services. Outside, there is a sheltered patio with an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai, with a braai grid and tongs provided.
The enclosed garden is suitable for a small pet, by arrangement. A washing line is available outside. Parking is provided inside the yard. The property is secured with an alarm, shutters, and offers free Fibre. The cottage also has solar power with an inverter and a 2-plate gas burner.
