The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a closet. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a toilet, shower, and basin. Linen and bath towels are provided for added comfort. The property includes steps, uneven paving, and natural surface variations, which may be irregular, sloped, or slippery, especially when wet or in low-light conditions. Guests and their visitors acknowledge these conditions and agree to exercise due care at all times while on the property. All areas of the property are used entirely at the guest’s own risk. The host shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or accident arising from slips, trips, or falls, except where caused by the host’s gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Guests are responsible for ensuring that all members of their party are aware of these conditions and that children are supervised at all times.
