Beautiful, value for money, peaceful. Wow! What a beautiful place! By far the cleanest rondavel I have ever stayed in, not a single cobweb or bug! The unit is well laid out and nicely equipped. It is fully and properly fenced and is privately fenced. The farm is beautiful and the walking trails are very nicely laid out. Magaliesburg average. My daughter and I were looking for somewhere close to home where we could hike, read, rest and take the dogs. Saamrus is all of this and more. We stayed in Karee Cottage at the top of the koppie which has spectacular views of the Magaliesburg mountains. We loved the bushwalk and riverwalk even though the climb back up was quite a workout.
