Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The property features specific appliances, plugs, lights, and TVs on an alternative power supply during load shedding.
The house undergoes servicing once a week for stays lasting 7 nights or longer.
Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Only babies up to the age of 6 months will be accommodated.
The property does not cater to bachelor or bachelorette parties or groups.
Loud noise is not permitted after 23:00 to ensure respect for the neighbours.
Please note that only the number of guests booked is allowed to make use of the premises.
Two of the bedrooms each have a small safe.
